Role Summary:

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) outreach teams.

Responsibilities:

The Edinburg Center Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) outreach teams offer high quality, person-centered rehabilitation services to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses. Persons served may also have co-occurring diagnoses such as PTSD or substance abuse. The Team Leader will oversee the clinical and rehabilitative operations of a team of outreach staff. S/he will perform intakes and assessments of persons referred for service. The Team Leader will train and supervise the staff in developing Individual Action Plans with clients and in documenting client progress. S/he will ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. S/he will also ensure adherence to Edinburg Center/CBFS Services policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, OTR/L) and 2 years post Master’s work experience in mental health required. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Substance Abuse Treatment, and motivational interviewing strongly preferred. Supervisory experience required. Experience working with adults with mental illness required. Valid driver’s license required.
