Physical Demands: Rigorous fieldwork requiring above average physical performance, endurance, and superior conditioning. Prolonged standing, walking over uneven ground, recurring bending, reaching, lifting and carrying items weighing over 50 pounds. Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in forest and desert environments in steep, uneven terrain, extreme weather, and smoky conditions. Recruitment will continue through the closing date to fill positions as they become vacant. Certificates will be issued as the need occurs. Referrals will be made from among the best qualified candidates. The best qualified candidates will be determined based on the applicant pool available at the first cut-off date (October 31, 2016).
