Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular follow-up with project managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
Responsible of posting vacancies, preparing “application form” documenting the vacancy announcement, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and arrange for the tests as required.
Arranging for interview in coordination with field HR Coordinator.
Preparing and sending job offer.
Write and send regret letter.
Ask and write for references. Maintain the recruitment files, recruitment tracking sheet, updated
· Follow up with the projects managers in order to complete the performance evaluation form before the renewal for each projects.
