Client Care Coordinator

Prominent nonprofit counseling and training organization seeks full-time Client Care Coordinator beginning December 1, 2016.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries regarding clinical services
  • Conduct telephone intake interviews with prospective clients, match callers to potential therapists and schedule initial appointments
  • Manage clinical scheduling for student therapists and maintain an accurate accounting of clinical/supervision hours completed
  • Confirm accuracy of and enter intake data on all new patients
  • Track status of referrals and generate meaningful reports
  • Respond to requests for clinical records
  • Manage, schedule and completion or chart destruction
  • Interact with referring agencies, office directors and therapists


BA or BS required

Two years office work experience required

Customer-service skills/experience

Able to work independently

Proficient in MS Office applications

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Administrative experience

Professional office demeanor

Education or an interest in psychology/social work field a plus
