We are seeking an exceptional, organised and proactive administrator to work with our Support Service and Fundraising teams. We are particularly interested in applicants who have previous experience of providing administrative services and support to senior managers, who can also deliver a high standard of customer care to our supporters. If you feel you’re a superb administrator with great customer service skills, we can offer you the opportunity to work for an international charity, using your existing skills and gaining new ones to develop your career.
Based in our Manchester head office, you’ll provide high quality and efficient administrative support to MAG’s Management and Fundraising Teams, as well as travel support to our staff based both overseas and in the UK. You’ll have a wide range of administrative duties, including diary management, coordinating overseas travel, processing donations and you’ll also make sure that anyone who calls or donates to MAG receives the best level of customer service possible.
Ideally you will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy customer facing environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail. In addition, you will have strong IT skills, enabling you to use Microsoft Office packages and our supporter database. Finally, you will be able to represent MAG to internal and external colleagues, along with external supporters and the public.
