Tearfund’s Humanitarian Support Team have an opening for a new role – Humanitarian Impact and Learning Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all of the geo teams to help review both the processes and impact of humanitarian response within Tearfund.
The role will be varied – both analysing information to generate learning, as well as co-ordinating research and supporting evaluations. A significant part of the role is to also help facilitate, capture and disseminate knowledge of Tearfund’s corporate approach to humanitarian response to both Tearfund field staff and partners. This would include developing and maintaining the e-learning modules HST has created, plus working developing learning web-based knowledge management on platforms like Tearfund’s international learning zone, and HST’s own google site.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for people and learning, with experience of working in humanitarian settings. The role will work in close collaboration with Tearfund’s Impact and Effectiveness Unit, as well as have the opportunity to collaborate with external counterpart agencies and networks.
