Call for Posters: Youth Mental Health Program

Posted by: Art With Impact

San Francisco, CA, US

Art With Impact is seeking a designer to create the look and feel for our mental health film events for the 2017/18 academic year. The final poster will be eye-catching, engaging visual tie into and complement our existing look and feel, consist of four different versions featuring our brand colors,

The posters are to promote Movies for Mental Health workshops on colleges and universities throughout North America. These exploratory events allow students to explore short films about mental health from Art With Impact’s acclaimed OLIVE Film Collection. The workshops create whole-person experiences, using art to address a subject that impacts one out of five young people, but is rarely discussed because of cultural and personal stigma. The main themes of each workshop include: telling stories through film, helping people feel less alone, removing shame and isolation.

The ideal poster will catch people’s attention, make people stop and make them want to explore the event, learn more about us, make it approachable and enticing.

Deliverables:

Three sketched out design directions,

One fully executed poster (with up to three rounds of revisions)

Original Illustrator files.
