Job requirements




No degree, certificate or diploma

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate; Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate; First Aid Certificate

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Treelength forwarder; Log processor; Loader


Experience an asset

Additional Skills

Clean up landing areas at logging sites; Assist other logging and forestry workers

Type of Logging

Selective cutting; Clear cutting (patch logging)

Type of Harvesting

Saw log harvesting; Pulpwood harvesting; Logs and poles

Security and Safety

Driver’s validity licence check

Own Tools/Equipment
